"Today, During the Holy Liturgy, His Eminence Metropolitan Jonah of Kampala while at the St. Nicholas Cathedral Namungoona passed on his blessings to all the students that are returning to school for the New Academic year 2018. In presence was the International Orthodox Christian Charities Team which included the Executive Director and CEO of IOCC Constantine M. Triantafilou (Dean) and Director of Operations Stacey Mason. The team is here to carry out Evaluation and assessment on the different projects IOCC has done in Uganda and as well initiate a way out on how IOCC can be of assistance to the Orthodox Missionary work in Uganda. After the Liturgy, the team was hosted to a lunch and after introduced to the different Leaders of the various institutions and undertakings of the Orthodox Church in Uganda and they will visit different areas such as Gulu, Lwemiyaga and others for a period of seven days. We pray for their nice stay in Uganda and may the almighty continue to bless the work of IOCC."
