"Due to #Covid19 Pandemic the has kept the Churchs in Lockdown since March 2020, His Grace Silvester today met the priests in the Eastern part of the Diocese at St. Paul Orthodox Parish - Nakabale to deliver to them the proposed measures (SOPs) to be taken into consideration as agreed by the government and our uniting body the IRCU so as to open the centers of worship.

During the meeting the Bishop urged the priests to learn from the immense effects of the Pandemic and devise means and join forces with the faithful through ephasising onground projects, offertory etc for self-sustainablity of the parish and the entire community.
After he was engaged in spiritual and liturgical practices with the priests and later visited the area to spot potential areas of proposed development."
