"This Wednesday, 15th August 2018, the Service of Holy Dormition of the Theotokos was conducted by His Grace Innocentios Byakatonda, the Bishop of the Holy Orthodox Diocese of Burundi and Rwanda.
On this day Sub Deacon Cosmas of Shangi / Cyangugu Community was ordained Deacon, and Deacon Cyriakos of Carama - Burundi was ordained priest.
A multitude of faithful and many priests attended the service on this day where His Grace Innocentios celebrated his birthday anniversary.
Holy Mother of God, intercede for us."
