Made surprise visit to some of my clergy at their homes! Yes, I found them busy working, sweating in their small farms for a living.
We prayed, emcouraged, advised and gave them hope for a better future. The good part of it is that they are working hard, a,sign of a complete departure from the past culture of dependency to self reliance. They are now reversing their old thinking of; outside in to,inside out. Change begins first within yourself. If this spirit grows in this Diocese then,missions will grow as well. They just need small effort, support to boost them on what they are doing. Change takes time but when it happens it comes in fulness and It is irreversible."
