OCMC News - You Supported 3 Mission Priests - Can You Support 3 More?

This October, we made it our goal to fully fund 6 indigenous Orthodox priests in the mission field!
By funding them through the Support A Mission Priest program, we will free them up to focus less on their own needs, and more on ministering to their Church communities. How much does it take to fund the needs of a priest in the mission field? $50 per month. That just comes out to $600 to cover the needs of a priest for an entire year!
Over the course of October, we challenged you – our supporters – to help us fund 6 priests for a year. To fund 6 priests for an entire year, we just need to raise $3,600.
If you’ve been following us on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, you know that we’ve been sharing the stories of some of our priests with you. Among these were Father Zachariah, who ministers to 6 different communities in Kenya and continues to reach out even more; and Father Hierotheos, who serves as a missionary priest in Kenya, traveling around and ministering to many different communities.
Around the world, priests like these work hard to share the love of God with the world around them. If we all work together, it only takes a small donation from each of us to join in their efforts and greatly bolster their ministries.
