"Today during Holy liturgy at St. Lavrentios Cathedral - Gulu , H.G Bishop Silvester elevated both Fr. Francis Ongaya (New Dean of Gulu Deanery) and Fr. Julius Orach ( Former Dean of Gulu Deanery ) to the rank Oikonomos. The Bishop thanked them for the good service they do for the Church and wished them Many more fruitful years of service in the Church Mission which amidst the different challenges has a big Mission to carry on!"
