On Monday 24th December 2018, His Eminence Panteleimon, Metropolitan of Brazzaville and Gabon, baptized seventy-two catechumens of all ages in the outdoor baptistry of the under-construction Cathedral of St Dimitrios in Pointe-Noire, who were from the three Parish Communities in the city.
As he always does, before the service of the Catechism, His Eminence described and interpreted the stages of the Holy Sacrament and addressed words of paternal advice to the newly-enlightened ones, who are now members of the Church, conveying also to them the joy and blessing of the Ancient Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa and of its Venerable Primate, His Beatitude Pope and Patriarch Theodoros II to them.
