Απόδοση της Εορτής της Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου στην Ουγκάντα

Today's morning, the Divine Liturgy in honour of the "apodosis" (leave-taking) of the Dormition of Theotokos and St Irineos of Lyons was celebrated in the church of Pammakaristos - Wakiso as the parish observed their patronal feast. The eucharistic service was co-served by Reverend fathers; John Bbossa Kibuuka, Andonios Mutyaba, Stelios Kasule, Emmanuel Kiwanuka and Daniel Kiwanuka.

The parish of "Pammakaristos" which means All-Blessed Mother of God is located at Mpunga village in Wakiso Town Council and was started in 2008 by Fr Andonios Mutyaba Nkwanga and family, by the blessings of the late Metropolitan Jonah Lwanga.
