Yesterday at the feast of the DORMITION OF THE THEOTOKOS, His Grace Bishop Silvester joined the faithful of PANAGIA PARISH in MUKONGOLO, where He also elevated the Parish Priest & New Diocesan General Secretary FR. FYROUMENOS TO ORDER OF PROTOPRESBYTER.
