Container Shipment September 2013
Plumbing materials, tools and other items needed for the next phase of construction of the Orphanage were packed into a container today, ready for shipping to Madagascar next week. Many thanks to all who donated funds towards this cause. Note that the remaining quantity of materials (including water tanks) are being procured more economically from Greece and/or locally from Madagascar. Plumbing (and electrical) labour is also being volunteered by Greek trade workers. Other items packed today include clothing and sundry items as shown.
