"Today we were blessed to celebrate the divine liturgy at Virgin Mary orthodox church over 40 miles from St Barnabas orphanage and school. The children were excited to see an Orthodox Church. They only see photos especially of the altar and iconostasis.
I hope that in future we shall move from our makeshift Chapel at the orphanage library to a real church for the worship.
I managed to take several pictures as the children took lunch. A few shots also from within the church....

I am very much worried about the welfare of our orphanage and school. We have received very few donations. We might not be able to feed these children.
Therefore , I humbly request, with the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Kenya that you prayerfully consider donating towards the needs of the orphans and other vulnerable children at our orphanage and school. We need lots of school supplies as well as food for the children. These children depend on your compassionate gifts to continue with their lives. God bless you as you consider donating.
