PASTORAL WORK AND CHRISTMAS TEACHING FOR THE CHILDREN IN MONGU.

With the blessings of Archbishop of Zambia and Mozambique Ioannis the ORTHODOX Archdiocese of Zambia continues it's work, this time in Mongu where there is a newly established orthodox community.

Father Arsenios together with Nicholas a missionary from Greece traveled to this area for catechism and Pastoral work *(going around in the village talk to the people, teach them, visit those who are sick , those who did not manage to come to the church for any reason and try to encourage them to hear of their problems to pray for them and make them feel that they are not alone) as we ahead Christmas.

Nico as the children call him taught them that love in Orthodoxy Has No Color, Gender, Age, Race as he struggled to learn the local language(Lozi) from the kids.

Children grabbed the Orthodox teaching of the birth of Jesus Christ, what it means in our lives and the joy of it. Let's continue praying for these little children and for the growth of the community.
