On October 6th 2022, His Eminence Archbishop Makarios was visited by Maasai chief and a team from the Orthodox Church in Ewaso, who are working towards the church development and re-establishment of the technical college in the Maasai area. The Chief and his team went around the seminary and visited the grave side of the late Fr. Johannes Eko and the Orthodox Teachers College.
