He was welcomed by Archbishop Makarios, Bishop Silvester Kisitu of Gulu, other top leaders of the Orthodox Church in Uganda and the faithful. The chief whip of Uganda, Hon. Thomas Tayebwa represented government in welcoming his Beatitude. You are welcome to Uganda our spiritual father.
