Fr. Constantinos Triantaphyllou from Coutloumousiou monastery of Mount Athos visited the Holy Diocese of Burundi and Rwanda. During his stay there he made catechisms, he conducted the holy sacraments of Baptism and Marriage together with other priests and participated in two ordinations of deacons performed by bishop Innocentios.
Newly-ordained deacon Nectarios, a teacher, will be made a Presbyter on August 15th and will take over St. Alexios the Man of God parish, in Buramata, Burundi. Deacon Maximos will be ordained a Presbyter in September and will be appointed a chaplain in his Rwandan village, where there is no church yet.
