"His Eminence Archbishop Makarios, travelled to Migori for Divine liturgy and opening of the Youth seminar of Kisumu Diocese. His Eminence after the Divine liturgy made Fr. Hermogenes Otara Hezekiah into a Father Confessor. The Archbishop then welcomed all the Youth and our visiting team from OCMC in America. The team has come to teach and to share with the Youth knowledge about so many teachings in our Orthodox church."
